- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While the NP is fine, the front desk is not. In a "smoke free" environment, the front desk staff should not reek of smoke. When making the appointment for my infant newborn daughter, I expected to see a pediatrician. I got a nurse Practitioner with not choice in the matter. I called about my daughter not breathing and was offered no help. Just to go to the ER. I called about my lethargic daughter after getting her shots. I was offered almost no help or advice. I had to call and call and call for someone to get back to me. And when that happened the "nurse" didn't have my daughters chart in front of her. Furthermore, she did not retain my daughters symptoms and couldn't even advise me on what to do without calling the NP first. I had to call about three more times after that to get a response. I was told if she isn't lethargic, she's fine. I told her AGAIN that's why I was calling!! Because she was lethargic!!! I wish I knew the area better and could go anywhere else. This clinic makes me irate just thinking about them.February 07, 2017by A Google User
